We manufacture Bitumen sprayer of various capacities. It is also known as Tar boilers and emulsion sprayer. We have two type of bitumen sprayer. One come with engine,air blower,pump system, benefit of this system is, it reduces man power and human effort and gives fast production of coats which can be sprayed on surface and can me make ready for laying faster as compared to other one which comes with hand pump system. It can be towed with tractor or by manpower.All new and standard components are used for production. All tires are of standard make like MRF, Ceat etc. It has two spray options either spray with nozzle or with pipe. Nozzle gives a good covering and covers wide area.Bitumen pumps are of approved brand.Tire axles are provided with leaf spring suspension to avoid shock during transportation. Engine type boilers can be operated manually also, if any failures occurs during operation, so one can easily switch to manual operations.
